Authority

You confirm that you own or operate the website at the URL you submit, or that you have permission from the owner to request this preview.

What we fetch

By confirming, you ask Waldhuter Enterprises to fetch publicly available pages and assets (such as HTML, CSS, images, and metadata) solely to generate an on-page design mockup preview for you. We may also read a public sitemap or same-site links so the mockup can include a capped set of pages from that site only.

Illustrative preview only

The remix is a directional mockup for discussion. It is not a production website, not legal advice, and not a guarantee of any final design, timeline, or deliverable.

Your content and IP

Content remains yours and any other rightsholders’. You grant Waldhuter a limited licence to fetch, process, and display the mockup to you. Waldhuter may note that a remix was generated. Using your logos, copy, images, or other identifiable brand content in Waldhuter’s portfolio or marketing requires your prior written consent.

No guarantee of access

Scraping may fail. Sites can block or limit access. Extracted colours, copy, and images may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.

Acceptable use

Do not submit URLs for illegal content, private or non-public systems, or third-party sites you are not authorised to have scraped.

Rate limits and refusal

Waldhuter may refuse, rate-limit, or delete previews at its discretion, including where abuse or risk is suspected.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law (including Australian Consumer Law rights that cannot be excluded), Waldhuter Enterprises is not liable for loss arising from use of this preview tool. The tool is provided as-is.

Privacy

The URL and fetched public data are processed to provide this feature. See our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia and Australia.
